Established on July 9, 2020, Jiuquan Zhihe New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the Comprehensive Building 201, Dongzhen Building Materials and Chemical Industry Park Management Committee, Yumen City, Gansu Province. Focusing on the production of pharmaceutical intermediates, Our company's main construction includes Workshop 1 (with a 5,000-ton-per-year p-hydroxybenzoic acid production line for salting/dehydration, carboxylation, and phenol distillation recovery processes), Workshop 2 (with processes for acid analysis/crystallization/centrifugation and drying of industrial-grade p-hydroxybenzoic acid, and purification processes for premium p-hydroxybenzoic acid), decolorization room (for decolorization/filtration of p-hydroxybenzoic acid), Workshop 3 (with production lines for 400 tons/year of methylparaben, 400 tons/year of ethylparaben, 100 tons/year of propylparaben, 100 tons/year of butylparaben, and 1,500 tons/year of p-hydroxybenzonitrile), Utility Area 1 (with pre-treatment and neutralization processes for potassium sulfate recovery), Utility Area 2 (with distillation and rectification processes for paraben series products and phenol recovery for p-hydroxybenzonitrile production), and a potassium sulfate harmlessness device (with a high-temperature oxidation furnace for potassium sulfate recovery). The project also features supporting facilities, storage and transportation systems, heating projects (including a 400,000 kcal/hour gas-fired thermal oil furnace), and environmental protection systems.
